Premier Houseboats are pleased to present the Princess Pocahontas ,a well know party trip boat from the river Thames and Medway.
She has recently retired from commercial use, but subject to minor work could be put back into service. She can also be sold with a fully residential mooring if you wish to covert her to a houseboat. In March 2018 she underwent works totalling over £28,000. She was used as a passenger, sightseeing and party boat operating between the River Thames and Medway.
She has two main decks, the top deck is half enclosed, half open. The enclosed area is a spacious room, with lots of potential.
The bottom deck is split into 3 main spaces, up the bow is an empty room with seating and stores below. The middle space is a boarding/lobby area with a male and female toilets, cloak room and access to the engine room The stern space is a bar with table and seats. behind the bar is a kitchen and below more stores.
She is powered by a 2014 Doosan MD196Ti 6 cylinder, with 3400 hours on it.She has two generators, two bilge pumps and one fire pump.
